Summary

Represent the Tiffany brand on the sales floor by delivering exceptional, personalized service and building lasting client relationships. Use clienteling and appointment-based selling to grow repeat business and meet or exceed store commercial targets. Drive sales through product knowledge, discovery, and thoughtful styling to create memorable client experiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and repeat sales.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual commercial targets.
• Capture and maintain client data using POS and client tracking systems.
• Convert clients through curiosity, discovery, and appointment-based selling.
• Elevate the in-store experience by delivering memorable moments and optimizing hospitality and store amenities.
• Promote key product pillars and connect product to clients' wardrobes through styling.

Requirements

• Experience in retail, luxury retail, or relevant client-facing roles such as hospitality.
• Proven track record of achieving commercial results and developing client business.
• Ability to connect with a diverse client base and deliver a high level of service.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency with point-of-sale systems, client tracking tools, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
• Authorization to work in the United States; bilingual skills and a college degree are preferred.
