Summary
Client Advisor responsible for delivering an exceptional luxury retail experience, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets through personalized service and brand representation at the Wall Street location.
Responsibilities
- Deliver the Tiffany brand experience and create memorable moments for each client.
- Develop and deepen client relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual store sales plans.
- Capture and maintain client data using client tracking systems and POS.
- Drive sales across key product pillars and contribute to store performance.
- Execute hospitality and store amenities best practices to enhance client visits.
- Act on client feedback and TEI performance to improve service.
Requirements
- Experience in retail, luxury retail, hospitality, or relevant client-related roles.
- Proven track record of achieving sales results.
- Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work with a diverse client base and deliver high touch service.
- Proficiency with POS systems, client tracking systems and Microsoft Outlook or email.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- College degree or GIA coursework preferred; multilingual skills a plus.
