Job Description

Summary

As a Client Advisor at Tiffany in White Plains, you will embody the Tiffany brand in every client interaction, delivering extraordinary experiences and fostering client relationships. You will work strategically and hands-on to exceed commercial targets and support the brand's values of creativity, excellence, and entrepreneurial spirit.

Responsibilities
  • Embody the Tiffany brand in each client interaction using the Tiffany touch.
  • Communicate effectively as a brand ambassador, conveying passion for Tiffany in every conversation.
  • Develop client relationships and exceed commercial targets through building your own business.
  • Foster a clienteling culture and encourage an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store commercial targets.
  • Capture client data and cultivate new and existing client relationships.
  • Deliver a significant portion of sales through repeat client business.
  • Identify innovative ways to grow your business through elevated client experiences.
  • Drive business through key product pillars.
  • Elevate in-store experience by delivering memorable moments to every client.
  • Demonstrate passion as a Tiffany brand ambassador during every selling ceremony.
  • Execute best practices by optimizing hospitality and store amenities.
Requirements
  • Experience in retail or luxury retail or relevant client-related experience.
  • Proven track record in achieving commercial results.
  • Ability to connect with clients.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to work with a diverse client base.
  • Proficiency with Point of Sales systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
  • Preferred: College/university degree and proficiency in multiple languages, with Spanish preferred.
