Client Advisor - Wynn

Summary

The Client Advisor is a brand ambassador who delivers exceptional client experiences by welcoming clients, discovering needs, and cultivating long-term relationships while supporting store goals. This part-time role contributes to visual merchandising and training needs and works closely with store leadership to meet sales and operational objectives. The Advisor is expected to represent brand standards in presentation and behavior.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage clients, providing a high-touch luxury customer experience.
• Develop and maintain long-lasting client relationships through outreach and active clientele management.
• Drive sales and key KPIs including average transaction value and units per transaction.
• Support visual merchandising standards and assist with inventory preparation and execution.
• Collaborate with store team on operations, customer follow-ups, repairs, and holds.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury; hospitality or client-service experience acceptable.
• Client-focused with strong interpersonal and communication skills and professional presentation.
• Dependable, punctual, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• English required; additional languages such as Spanish, Mandarin, or Cantonese preferred.
• Technologically savvy with proficiency in Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
