Overview
Our client is seeking a Client Experience Coordinator to join its luxury watch and jewelry boutique in Miami. This full-time, on-site role serves as the first point of contact for clients and plays a central part in shaping a refined, seamless in-store experience. The ideal candidate brings warmth, polish, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage boutique flow with discretion, efficiency, and a high standard of hospitality.
Responsibilities
Welcome every client with professionalism, warmth, and a polished presence that reflects the standards of this luxury retail environment.
Coordinate the flow of the boutique by managing appointments, walk-ins, and client wait times to ensure a smooth and elevated experience.
Support the client journey before, during, and after appointments, including handling special requests and helping maintain positive client expectations.
Create thoughtful, personalized touches for VIP clients and help plan memorable in-boutique moments that enhance hospitality.
Partner closely with Sales Advisors to deliver seamless service throughout each visit.
Retrieve product as needed.
Assist with gift wrapping.
Support payment processing.
Provide food and beverage service for clients.
Manage incoming calls, messages, and general inquiries with professionalism and urgency.
Maintain accurate client information in the CRM and assist with reporting and other client development support for the sales team.
Maintain the appearance and readiness of the sales floor, VIP areas, and other client-facing spaces in line with visual and cleanliness standards.
Assist with boutique operations, including inventory support, replenishment, storage organization, and product movement such as shipments, transfers, and consignments.
Participate in daily opening and closing procedures and support on-site and off-site events from preparation through guest management.
Handle sensitive or demanding client situations with composure, sound judgment, and discretion.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or high-end client service.
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required.
Portuguese language skills are a strong plus.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to make an immediate positive impression.
Polished personal presentation and a professional, service-driven demeanor.
Strong organizational skills and close attention to detail, with the ability to anticipate needs and manage multiple priorities.
Ability to remain calm, confident, and solution-oriented in a fast-paced client environment.
Experience working with VIP or high-profile clientele and handling confidential information with discretion.
Comfort supporting a team-oriented sales environment and contributing across client service, operations, and event support.
Valid driver's license required for occasional off-site storage runs.
Ability and willingness to stand for most of the workday.
Availability for full-time, on-site work in Miami, including weekends and occasional events.
