- Drive personal sales and contribute to store performance by exceeding individual sales targets through strategic selling techniques.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the correlation between each step of the client experience and its associated KPIs.
- Possess expert-level knowledge of Valentino creations and effectively communicate their stories through compelling narration.
- Ensure full compliance with all operational guidelines, including after-sales assistance, product transfer requests, and consignment processes.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to execute in-store events and city-specific client activations.
- Serve as a role model, inspiring colleagues to elevate their clienteling capabilities and embrace the Maison’s values.
Requirements- 3+ years of experience in luxury sales with a strong client book.
