Summary
Provide luxury client service in an RH gallery by greeting clients, assessing needs, and supporting gallery partners across in-person, phone, and email interactions. Deliver a polished, detail focused experience and become knowledgeable about RH products and offerings while supporting a high end showroom environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients and assist with questions and concerns
- Connect clients with appropriate associates based on purchase needs
- Assist and communicate with clients on the gallery floor, by phone, and via email
- Provide elevated client services support to gallery partners to resolve concerns
- Create a luxury service experience in every client interaction
- Become well versed on RH products and offerings
- Exhibit broad understanding of the organization and live company values
- Perform physical tasks including lifting and mobilizing items up to 30 lbs and maneuvering gallery spaces
Requirements
- Customer service experience in a design firm, high end furniture showroom, or luxury retail preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Detail focused with commitment to quality
- People and relationship driven with ability to respond to multiple priorities
- Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google Applications
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods and perform physical movements such as bending and climbing
