Client Specialist

Summary

Customer-facing sales role representing the SKIMS brand on the sales floor at a Bloomingdale's Orlando location. Provide personalized styling and product expertise to deliver high-touch service and drive sales. Maintain visual merchandising standards and support inventory and store operations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers to understand needs and provide product recommendations and styling advice.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and upsell to meet individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain merchandising standards, restock displays, and ensure the sales floor is organized and visually appealing.
• Process transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately and follow store policies.
• Collaborate with store and brand teams on promotions, events, and inventory tasks.

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail or customer service experience, preferably in apparel or intimate apparel.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and sales skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, assist with light lifting, and work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment and meeting sales goals.
