Client Specialist - Roosevelt Field

As a Client Specialist at our Roosevelt Field location, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales in the women's ready-to-wear department. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized fashion advice.

• Provide outstanding customer service to all clients.
• Drive sales by understanding client needs and offering suitable products.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist clients effectively.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining store presentation standards.

• 2+ years of experience in retail sales, preferably in fashion.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
