Job Description

Summary

Provide high level customer service and product guidance within a fashion accessories boutique in Soho. Deliver personalized shopping experiences, build client relationships, and support sales objectives while maintaining visual merchandising standards.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist clients on the sales floor
  • Offer product knowledge and styling advice for accessories
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets
  • Process transactions and manage point of sale operations
  • Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation
  • Manage client appointments and follow up communications
  • Handle inventory tasks and stock replenishment

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Knowledge of fashion accessories and current trends
  • Ability to work retail hours including weekends
  • Strong sales orientation and relationship building
  • Basic point of sale and cash handling experience
