Summary
Serve as a dedicated client specialist focused on menswear within the Soho neighborhood. Deliver personalized service to build relationships, drive sales, and represent the brand in a high-traffic flagship store environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional one-on-one client service and product expertise for menswear.
- Develop and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business.
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets and performance metrics.
- Conduct clienteling activities including outreach and appointment management.
- Assist with visual merchandising and maintaining floor standards.
- Process transactions and handle returns according to store policies.
- Collaborate with store team to support events and VIP appointments.
- Ensure product knowledge is current for new arrivals and collections.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of retail or clienteling experience, preferably in luxury menswear.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales goals.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume flagship location.
- Flexibility to work weekends and peak retail hours.
- Professional presentation and knowledge of current menswear trends.
