10-week paid corporate internship supporting the Womens Collection sweater design team. The role involves assisting with product execution, digital and physical sample organization, research, and contributing to design meetings while developing technical skills in Illustrator Photoshop and XD.
Responsibilities
- Assist design team in execution of product according to line plans and design briefs
- Create Adobe Illustrator flats and support CAD work in Illustrator Photoshop and XD
- Support manager with design meeting prep post meeting recaps and updates
- Conduct sweater competitor and market trend research from web sources and blogs
- Maintain fabric market sample and proto archives and create digital history of seasonal boards and lookbooks
- Organize and maintain documents fabrics and materials related to product
- Collaborate on cross functional intern group projects and participate in orientation and speaker events
Requirements
- Must be a full time undergraduate entering final semester or year graduating Dec 2026 or May 2027
- Authorized to work in the United States and reside within commutable distance to NY NJ or NC office locations
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite especially Illustrator Photoshop and XD
- Strong planning organizational communication and teamwork skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities meet deadlines and work in a hybrid in person environment
- Woven fabric knowledge and design experience a plus
