SummaryThe Commercial Events Manager will play a crucial role in creating and executing commercial events and animations for Bulgari North America. Responsibilities- Manage and execute all commercial events for Bulgari North America, including large-scale marketing events and smaller in-store animations.
- Strategize with Store Directors to ensure events are targeted, effective, and relevant to local markets.
- Collaborate with the Events team and full marketing team on event ideation and execution.
- Manage and collaborate with the Events Specialist to maximize department efficiency and productivity.
- Manage and track individual event budgets and support the Director of Events with budget planning exercises.
- Review and negotiate contracts, scopes of work, and costs with external vendors.
- Identify key performance indicators for each event and measure effectiveness with post-event analysis.
- Maintain and update monthly recap reports for internal teams and stakeholders.
- Assist in various ad hoc projects to support client engagement.
- Liaise with external event vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful cross-functional execution.
Requirements- 5+ years of experience in a retail events or event marketing role, preferably in the luxury goods industry.
- Ability to travel domestically up to 30%.
- BA/BS or equivalent.
- Role based out of the NYC office with occasional remote work required.
- Proven success in coordinating events from concept creation to execution.
- Informed on the latest trends, technologies, and locations for creating unique events.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft suite and ability to analyze data and measure KPIs.
- Proactive and innovative with a strong client focus.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
