Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and product demonstrations for furniture and bedding.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales and commission goals.
• Process sales transactions, coordinate deliveries and installations, and manage special orders.
• Maintain floor presentation, merchandising standards, and inventory organization.
• Build and maintain client relationships, follow up on leads, and schedule appointments.

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail sales experience preferred; furniture or home furnishings experience a plus.
• Strong communication and consultative selling skills; comfortable working on commission.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise and stand for extended periods; valid drivers license preferred.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays; high school diploma or equivalent.
