Commission Sales Associate responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales on the men's floor at the Aventura location. The role focuses on client engagement, personalized styling, and maintaining visual merchandising and inventory standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and meet or exceed individual commission targets through proactive client outreach and in-store selling.
• Provide personalized styling, product knowledge, and recommendations to build long-term client relationships.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the sales floor is well presented and stocked.
• Assist with clienteling activities, appointment scheduling, and follow-up to grow a loyal client base.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals and support store initiatives.

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail sales or related customer-facing experience, preferably in menswear or department store environment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and styling skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and work on a commission-based structure.
• Ability to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
