Responsibilities

• Provide personalized styling and product recommendations to customers to meet sales goals.
• Build and maintain client relationships through follow-up and clienteling.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle returns and exchanges.
• Maintain floor presentation and assist with merchandising and inventory activities.

Requirements

• Proven retail sales experience, preferably in menswear or luxury retail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills with a strong sales orientation.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting as needed.
