Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, provide styling advice and product recommendations for women's shoes.
• Build and maintain client relationships through follow-up and personalized service to drive repeat business.
• Achieve individual sales and commission targets through proactive selling and clienteling.
• Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately using the POS system.
• Maintain merchandising standards, floor presentation, and assist with inventory replenishment.

Requirements
