Summary

Provide personalized service and product expertise in the Home Department while building customer relationships and meeting sales goals. Help customers find products that suit their needs and create an experience that encourages them to return.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the 5-Point Selling Standard and build a loyal customer base through in-store outreach and digital tools.
• Offer informed product guidance, achieve sales goals, and follow up with customers after purchases.
• Maintain a customer-ready department by stocking, re-merchandising, completing markdowns, recovering merchandise, and participating in inventory counts.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and peak periods.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills and a team-first mindset.
