Responsibilities

• Follow the company’s selling standard to assist customers and build loyalty.
• Develop a customer base through in-store interactions, outreach, and digital tools.
• Meet personal sales goals and maintain strong product and trend knowledge.
• Keep the department stocked, organized, and customer-ready, including re-merchandising and inventory tasks.
• Collaborate with the team and work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and peak periods.
