Concession Supervisor - South Coast Plaza

Summary

Lead a luxury concession team and oversee the customer and colleague experience. Drive sales through customer-centric leadership, relationship selling, and effective shop operations.

Responsibilities

• Coach and role model customer-focused selling behaviors, and champion selling technology.
• Develop the team in relationship selling, client-book building, and customer outreach.
• Support concession and store priorities while building partnerships with vendor partners.
• Oversee merchandising, floor plans, logistics, visual directives, inventory, shipments, transfers, and stockroom maintenance.

Requirements

• Associate's degree and 3-5 years of direct or related experience.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think creatively, strategically, and technically and collaborate across teams.
• Flexibility to work a schedule based on shop and company needs.
• Ability to perform physical duties including standing, walking, reaching, climbing ladders, and lifting or moving up to 25 pounds.
