Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients throughout the store providing personalized service
• Recommend merchandise based on product expertise and client preferences
• Sell across channels using mobile devices selling technology and omni channel tools
• Promote client programs and open new accounts to drive loyalty
• Achieve personal sales and out of home selling goals and KPIs
• Cultivate and grow client base through proactive outreach and relationship building
• Assist with operational tasks including stocking cleaning and maintaining the selling floor
• Process returns and offer solutions based on client needs

Requirements

• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships and grow sales
