Concur Analyst

As a Concur Analyst, you will support the Accounts Payable Director in T&E audit, analysis, reporting, and Concur administration. You will be part of a dynamic team within the prestigious LVMH Group, contributing to the success of our luxury wines, champagnes, and spirits division.

• Prepare monthly departmental T&E reports for distribution to Department Heads.
• Analyze departmental T&E on a monthly basis, comparing to budget and providing explanations for variances.
• Propose and prepare journal entries for reclass or correcting entries related to T&E.
• Maintain T&E related KPIs for inclusion in the Accounting Dept Dashboard.
• Conduct ad hoc analysis as required.
• Audit and approve Concur T&E expense reports.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of T&E experience.
• Proficiency in Concur T&E reporting system.
• Experience with SAP and Cognos BI preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
