Control Operator - The Landmark

As a Security Control Operator at The Landmark, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of company employees and assets. You will oversee the Security Control Center, monitor global alerts, and respond to incidents to prevent loss or damage.

• Monitor and respond to global alerts, alarms, and events impacting company facilities and employees.
• Ensure security equipment is operating to standards by performing regular checks and initiating service calls for failed equipment.
• Provide quality customer service to employees and visitors contacting the Security Control Center.
• Understand and enforce departmental and company policies and procedures.
• Monitor building security systems including CCTV, card access control, and alarm systems.
• Partner with Landmark Leadership on security investigations and monitor employee safety.

• 3+ years of security experience.
• Proven experience in retail investigations.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Active listening skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable transportation.
• Availability to work rotational shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
