Responsibilities

• Offer one-on-one consultations, demonstrations, and makeovers to clients to increase conversion and average transaction value.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to store performance through proactive clienteling and follow up.
• Maintain thorough product knowledge and stay informed about new launches and promotions.
• Ensure merchandise is well presented, fully stocked, and aligned with brand visual standards.
• Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately while delivering outstanding customer service.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail beauty or cosmetics experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills with a passion for makeup and skincare.
• Ability to build client relationships and perform product demonstrations.
• Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and department store hours.
