Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one consultations and product recommendations to clients to drive sales and build loyalty.
• Meet or exceed individual and counter sales targets while promoting Tom Ford product lines.
• Maintain visual merchandising, ensure product presentation and stock levels, and assist with inventory tasks.
• Process transactions, handle returns, and ensure compliance with store policies.

Requirements

• Previous retail beauty or cosmetics experience, preferably 2+ years.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work a flexible part-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and handle light lifting related to merchandising.
