Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one beauty consultations and make product recommendations based on client needs.
• Demonstrate and apply makeup and skincare products to showcase benefits and usage.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and promote loyalty programs.
• Maintain merchandising standards, stock levels, and a clean, inviting counter presentation.
• Process transactions accurately and handle POS systems following store procedures.

Requirements

• 3+ years of beauty or retail sales experience, preferably in cosmetics or luxury brands.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client service focus.
• Thorough product knowledge and willingness to participate in ongoing training.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
