Summary

Seasonal Client Advisor position supporting store sales through a high-touch, client-focused selling ceremony. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, developing a local and international client book, and contributing to overall store performance. This is an in-store sales role based at South Coast Plaza.

Responsibilities

• Meet individual and store sales targets.
• Use product knowledge and brand storytelling during the selling ceremony to maximize sales and build client loyalty.
• Capture and enter relevant customer information into the database and expand the client book.
• Follow up with clients on shipping, alterations, repairs, and other service matters.
• Assist with visual merchandising, general housekeeping, and maintaining the store image.
• Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as required.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in luxury goods.
• Strong drive for business results with passion for fashion and creativity.
• Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships through communication, organization, and follow-through.
• Fluency in English required; proficiency in a second language is a plus.
