Sales Associate - South Coast Plaza

Summary

Provide exceptional in-store and virtual client service as a brand ambassador for Jimmy Choo at South Coast Plaza. Support sales goals by delivering product knowledge, personalized recommendations, and follow-up to cultivate lasting client relationships. Perform key-holder responsibilities, assist with inventory and shipping tasks, and maintain visual and merchandising standards.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients on the sales floor and virtually, guiding selections and facilitating try-ons
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive selling and clienteling
• Manage client book activities including calls, emails, thank you notes, and shipping merchandise
• Perform key-holder duties such as store opening and closing, cash handling, and register transactions
• Assist with inventory, shipping and receiving, back of house coverage, and special projects
• Maintain visual merchandising, product presentation, and organization at the workplace

Requirements

• Strong customer service and communication skills with a client-focused approach
• High level of product knowledge and ability to learn brand terminology
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage client follow-up
• Comfortable handling cash, operating register systems, and performing inventory tasks
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule and adhere to uniform and grooming standards
