Provide personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations to clients in a cosmetics retail environment at the White Plains location. Responsibilities
- Greet customers and offer tailored makeup and skincare consultations.
- Recommend products and techniques to meet client needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product application and provide samples when appropriate.
- Drive sales to meet individual and store targets through consultative selling.
- Maintain product displays and ensure merchandise is replenished and organized.
- Process transactions and handle returns or exchanges according to policy.
- Participate in store promotions and assist with inventory counts.
- Build and maintain client relationships and follow up on appointments.
- Stay informed about product launches and brand initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in cosmetics retail or beauty advising.
- Strong knowledge of makeup and skincare products and application techniques.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible part time schedule including weekends and holidays.
- Proven sales ability with a focus on meeting targets.
