The Cosmetics Counter Manager leads and supervises a team of Beauty Advisors to provide excellent customer service and drive sales. The role focuses on building client relationships, sharing product knowledge, and maintaining an engaging sales floor and compelling merchandise presentation.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, seamless, and enjoyable in-store experience while cultivating customer relationships.
• Drive sales with in-store and online clients by using technology effectively.
• Participate in merchandising and operational activities.
• Lead and develop Beauty Advisors to maintain high productivity and outstanding service.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret instructional documents.
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, perform physical movements, use computers and registers, and lift or move up to 25 pounds.
