Job Description
As a Cosmetics Counter Manager at Shiseido/Clarins in Orlando, you will lead the cosmetics department, driving sales and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will manage a team of beauty advisors and oversee daily operations to achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a team of beauty advisors to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and product knowledge.
- Manage inventory, visual merchandising, and promotional activities.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and loyalty.
- Collaborate with brand representatives to ensure alignment with brand standards.
- 2+ years of experience in retail management, preferably in cosmetics.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Passion for beauty products and industry trends.
