The Cosmetics Counter Manager leads the day-to-day operations of the cosmetics counter at the Roosevelt Field location, ensuring exceptional customer service, maximizing sales, and managing product presentation and inventory. Responsibilities

• Manage and coach counter staff to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales goals
• Oversee daily operations including opening and closing procedures and cash handling
• Maintain product presentation and merchandising to brand standards
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking and product orders
• Drive sales through clienteling and product knowledge
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction
• Train new hires on sales techniques and brand protocols

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of retail or cosmetics management experience
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets
• Strong leadership and team development skills
