Lead and oversee the cosmetics counter operations at a luxury fragrance and beauty boutique located in Roosevelt Field. Manage daily sales activities, ensure exceptional client service, and drive performance to meet sales targets while maintaining brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage counter staff schedules and daily operations.
• Train and mentor sales associates to deliver personalized client experiences.

• Maintain visual merchandising and product presentation standards.
• Handle inventory management and stock replenishment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of retail management or supervisory experience.
• Experience in cosmetics, fragrance, or luxury retail preferred.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work weekends and retail hours.
