Summary

Counter Manager responsible for delivering CHANEL's luxury client experience at the Chanel counter within Shoppers Drug Mart in Kelowna. Drive sales growth through one-to-one client consultations and superior in-store service while reporting to the Territory Manager. Maintain strong client relationships and contribute to the long-term development of the Fragrance & Beauty account.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior client service by demonstrating interest, courtesy and sincerity.
• Deliver one-to-one consultations and extend exceptional client care to every customer.
• Use selling skills to relate to customer needs and drive repeat sales.
• Achieve planned sales goals for the Fragrance & Beauty account and grow the customer base.
• Build strong in-store business relationships through effective communication.
