Summary
Provide world-class customer service as the voice of the company in a fully remote contact center role, handling inbound phone contacts to troubleshoot issues, process orders, and support customers nationwide during varied shifts and peak events.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls and act as a brand ambassador.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer service inquiries and issues.
- Process orders and enter data into the order entry system.
- Provide customers with product and service information and track packages.
- Adhere to scheduled start, stop, breaks, and shift requirements including nights weekends and holidays.
- Participate in paid training and maintain attendance requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned related to customer support.
Requirements
- At least 6 months customer service experience in contact center retail hospitality or food and beverage (preferred).
- Ability to meet work from home guidelines and location restrictions.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Quiet distraction free secure home workspace and ability to use a computer headset and camera when requested.
- Wired high speed Internet with Ethernet port thin client connection (no cellular satellite or Wi Fi).
- Ability to work a set schedule with flexibility for overtime during peak times.
- Understanding of computer systems and basic troubleshooting skills.
