Responsibilities
- Assist customers with a variety of transactions and inquiries
- Use and demonstrate expertise in store technologies and operating systems
- Resolve customer situations calmly and effectively
- Maintain security and privacy of customer information through compliance and education
- Promote and motivate customers to enroll in rewards programs and initiatives
- Foster trust, teamwork and positive relationships among peers and leadership
- Work a flexible schedule with hours that vary by business needs
- Handle merchandise including lifting, bending, and reaching as required
Requirements
- Ability to build effective relationships with customers peers and leadership
- Proficiency with MS Windows iOS and Android
- Clear effective communication and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
- Accountability initiative and a high level of ownership
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department needs
- Physical ability to move continuously and lift items up to 25 pounds
