- Pack parcels with products and corresponding packaging according to security guidelines.
- Pack hazmat shipments in accordance with FAA guidelines and policies.
- Ensure correct shipping label and documentation completion according to company policies.
- Fill out BOL and Airway bills for local, international, and high-value shipments.
- Manage the Receiving/Unpacking/Shipping Mailbox and respond to internal client inquiries.
- Order packaging and supplies for departmental processes.
- Deliver incoming items to internal staging areas based on recipient and department.
Requirements- High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in a production-based environment preferred.
- Previous SAP experience preferred.
- Proactive with the ability to follow directions, make decisions, and adapt to change.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows.
- Ability to stand for up to 9 hours and lift up to 40 pounds.
- Ability to handle and operate box cutters, tape machines, and air film machines.
