Responsibilities
- Assist customers with a variety of transactions delivering a seamless and friendly experience
- Demonstrate expertise in all technologies used in the store environment
- Defuse customer situations and provide timely resolution
- Ensure security and privacy of customer information through education and compliance
- Motivate and inspire adoption of store programs such as rewards
- Build positive team relationships and promote teamwork
- Work a flexible schedule as business needs require
- Perform continuous movement and physical tasks including bending and reaching
Requirements
- Ability to effectively build relationships with customers peers and leadership
- Proficiency with MS Windows iOS and Android operating systems
- Clear effective communication and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
- Accountability initiative and a high level of ownership
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department needs
- Capacity to regularly lift items up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
