Customer Service Specialist - KA Channel

As a Customer Service Specialist at Kering Eyewear in Bridgewater, NJ, you will be a key member of our Regional Sales Operations Team. You will manage the order to cash flow for assigned customer portfolios, ensuring timely and accurate service while building strong partnerships with the sales team.

• Manage and monitor customer orders to ensure accuracy and compliance with sales policies.
• Maintain customer master data and manage order flow from acquisition to delivery.
• Produce sales reports and manage delivery flow by liaising with various departments.
• Handle backorders, goods returns, and act as the first point of contact for customer queries.
• Support sales events and participate in channel-related projects.

• 2-3 years of experience in an Account Management environment within Key Accounts.
• Proven customer-facing experience and a degree in Business Management preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP at an intermediate level.
• Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-oriented mindset.
