Job Description

Summary

As a Customer Support Administrator at Montblanc in Grand Prairie, TX, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional after-sales service to our retail boutiques. You will assist in managing the after-sales portfolio for the retail network, ensuring quality results and meeting deadlines while promoting a positive and professional culture.

Responsibilities
  • Process repairs systematically from beginning to end in conjunction with the vendors systematic movement.
  • Manage luxury brand after-sales email box.
  • Handle inbound calls from boutiques and provide support as needed.
  • Build lasting relationships by delivering first contact resolution.
  • Process spare parts orders on a daily basis.
  • Manage factory communication.
  • Respond to vendor requests for feedback and updates on parts orders and any other communication or support as needed.
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Sound problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Quick learner that can thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Product Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • SAP knowledge strongly preferred.
