Responsibilities- Ensure Client Advisors deliver the Fendi Client Journey to every individual and support them with mentoring and training.
- Set individual and team goals, assess performance, and handle recruitment and succession planning.
- Drive sales within the department and across the store, fostering long-term client relationships.
- Communicate corporate strategy and business information to the team.
- Act as a role model in sales and clienteling leadership, supporting team sales and client retention.
- Ensure policies, standards, and procedures are communicated and implemented.
- Manage inventory and support staff planning to improve sales and client experience.
- Participate in visual merchandising and ensure visual maintenance throughout the day.
Requirements- Minimum 5 years of related experience, preferably in luxury retail.
- Strong drive for results and goal-oriented mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and inventory management functions.
- RTW experience preferred; foreign language skills are a plus.
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and lift up to 10 lbs.
- Organizational skills and strong digital literacy required.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
