The Designated Selling Associate sells Chanel sunglasses through one-on-one customer interactions, appointment based selling and digital channels while representing the brand. Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using selling tools including text and social media
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and drive appointment based selling
- Provide confident product and style advice to customers and follow up strategically
- Champion the Chanel brand through product knowledge education and DSA run meetings
- Support merchandising tasks including stocking remerchandising displays and price markdowns
- Open new Nordstrom Rewards accounts to grow sales
- Provide product feedback to the district manager to improve assortment
