Summary
In-Store Specialist responsible for acting as liaison between corporate and store management to maximize sales and brand presence across department store accounts in the Atlanta region. Role focuses on driving sales, training store teams, maintaining merchandising standards, and executing in-store marketing initiatives while supporting cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales in dedicated stores and implement regional strategies to grow business
- Achieve sales goals across all Kering Eyewear brands and dedicated accounts
- Maintain pristine merchandising including facings and product positioning on the floor
- Regularly visit department store accounts to restock, merchandise, and perform general maintenance of displays
- Use reporting tools to analyze business performance and manage accounts efficiently
- Build and maintain relationships with store management, associates, and cross functional teams
- Identify and execute in-store marketing initiatives such as trunk shows and pop ups
- Provide high level customer service and manage follow up on repairs damages and special requests
- Provide feedback to management on best sellers missed opportunities and competitive activity
Requirements
- 1 year of retail sales experience; luxury or eyewear experience preferred
- Understanding of the luxury fashion category
- Exceptional communication skills and strong attention to detail
- Collaborative proactive and solution oriented mindset
- Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences and measurable results
- Strong written verbal and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook
- Ability to travel around the greater Atlanta area and reliable car transportation
