Summary
Responsible for driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service for a designated brand within the store. Cultivates customer relationships, provides product knowledge and styling advice, and supports merchandising and selling initiatives both in-store and through digital tools. Works flexible hours based on business needs and contributes to team goals and store readiness.
Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels using selling tools including text and social media
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and conduct appointment-based selling
- Provide personalized styling advice, feedback on product fit and value, and educate customers on brand offerings
- Lead and participate in product knowledge meetings and trainings for peers
- Support merchandising tasks such as stocking, remerchandising, displays, price markdowns and transfers
- Grow sales through opening new rewards program accounts and leveraging sales reporting
- Provide product feedback to management to inform assortment decisions
- Be flexible to perform duties in other departments or brands when required
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with customers
- Ability to excel in a competitive team environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Comfort with flexible scheduling based on business needs
- Knowledge of reading sales reporting in relation to goals
- Strong product knowledge and ability to educate customers on brands and trends
- Confidence selling across high and low price points and demonstrating product value
- Organizational skills to strategically follow up with customers on wardrobe needs
- Ability to perform continuous movement for 6-8 hours and lift up to 25 pounds
