Summary
The Designated Selling Associate is a customer-focused salesperson who builds relationships, drives sales for assigned brands, and delivers exceptional service through product knowledge, styling advice, and appointment based selling. This role includes merchandising, stocking, and supporting department readiness while meeting sales goals and using digital selling tools when appropriate. The schedule varies by week based on business needs and may require flexibility across departments.
Responsibilities
- Set and achieve individual sales goals for in-store and digital selling.
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers through follow up and wardrobe consultation.
- Provide style and fit guidance and educate customers on product value.
- Conduct appointment based selling and use text and social media as selling tools.
- Lead and participate in product knowledge meetings and trainings.
- Perform merchandising tasks including stocking, re-merchandising, displays, price markdowns and transfers.
- Open new customer accounts for the rewards program to grow sales.
- Provide product feedback to the department manager to inform assortment decisions.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to support sales and customer service.

- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
