Sales Associate - The Galleria

Summary

Full-time sales associate responsible for developing personal clientele and representing the brand in-store and virtually. Role includes clienteling, achieving sales targets, maintaining product and visual standards, and performing key-holder and inventory tasks at the Houston Galleria location.

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand through client interactions in-store and virtually
• Develop and maintain personal clientele with consistent follow up
• Fulfill key-holder duties including store opening and closing and cash handling
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive selling
• Manage client book and provide after sales service
• Perform inventory management and assist with shipping and receiving
• Maintain visual standards and cash wrap standards
• Be proficient with the register system and end-of-day procedures

Requirements

• Previous retail sales or clienteling experience
• Strong product knowledge and customer service skills
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Experience with cash handling and store opening and closing procedures
• Ability to perform inventory and back of house duties
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
• Reliable availability to work full-time hours at the Galleria location
