- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels using selling tools including text and social media
- Conduct service consultations to understand customer preferences and needs
- Build lasting customer relationships through follow-up and product recommendations
- Grow sales by promoting appointments and opening rewards accounts
- Create in-store events and network within the community
- Maintain strong vendor relationships to identify key product focuses
- Demonstrate product knowledge and stay current on industry trends

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of beauty industry experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organization, follow-through, and initiative
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Physical ability for continuous movement and frequent bending and reaching
- Frequent use of hands for grasping and fine manipulation
- Ability to lift items regularly up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
- Comfort working in a commissioned sales environment
