Summary
Responsible for driving sales and cultivating customer relationships through expert product knowledge, personalized service, and appointment based selling for the men's brand. The role supports in store and digital selling efforts, contributes to merchandising and inventory readiness, and helps educate peers on brand trends and product offerings.
Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in store and digital channels using selling tools including text and social media
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers through personalized service and follow up
- Conduct appointment based selling during events and non event periods
- Provide styling advice and honest feedback on fit and value to customers
- Lead and participate in product knowledge meetings and trainings
- Support merchandising tasks including stocking, re merchandising, displays, markdowns and transfers
- Open new customer rewards accounts to grow sales
- Provide product feedback to leadership to improve store assortment
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build customer rapport
- Ability to work in a competitive team environment and prioritize tasks in a fast paced setting
- Flexible availability to work schedules based on business needs
- Comfort with selling across a range of price points and demonstrating product value
- Basic ability to read sales reporting and relate it to goals
- Physical ability to be on your feet and move continuously for 6 to 8 hours per shift
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 25 pounds
