Summary
Passionate sales professional who builds relationships with customers to drive in-store and digital sales while representing a brand at the NYC flagship. Responsible for delivering excellent customer service, educating customers and peers on product and trends, and meeting sales goals through appointment and event-based selling. Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels using selling tools including text and social media
- Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and open new rewards program accounts
- Provide styling advice and product education to customers and peers
- Conduct appointment-based selling and participate in events to drive predictable business
- Support department operations including stocking, remerchandising, displays, markdowns and transfers
- Attend trainings and brand meetings to increase product knowledge and expertise
- Provide product feedback to the district manager to influence assortment
- Collaborate with DSAs, stylists and surrounding departments on product knowledge meetings
- Perform duties in other departments as needed to meet business needs

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to cultivate customer relationships
- Ability to excel in a competitive team environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Flexible availability to work varying schedules based on business needs
- Ability to read and use sales reporting to relate to goals
- Knowledge of fashion, styling and ability to educate customers on brands and fit
- Confidence selling across a range of price points and conveying product value
- Strong organizational skills to follow up strategically with customers
- Ability to perform physical tasks including frequent movement, bending and lifting up to 25 pounds
