- Set and achieve sales goals for instore and digital selling
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
- Use selling tools including text social media and reservations to drive sales
- Provide style fit guidance and product education to customers
- Conduct and participate in product knowledge meetings with peers
- Support department readiness through stocking remerchandising displays and price markdowns
- Drive business through appointmentbased selling and opening rewards accounts
- Provide product feedback to management to influence assortment
